SURVEY RESULTS
BFAIR is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services across various sectors, including Residential, Employment, Day Habilitation, Community Base Day (CBDS), Individual and Family Support, and Adult Foster Care/Shared Living Services. This year, we conducted our annual satisfaction survey using Survey Monkey, distributing 155 surveys to family/guardians via email and snail mail to ensure confidentiality. While we achieved a 16% response rate from families and guardians, we achieved a 100% response rate from individuals supported.
The surveys focused on essential aspects such as human rights, communication, responsiveness, health and safety, assistive technology, and overall satisfaction. Survey results were carefully analyzed to identify trends and inform improvements in our programs and services. Any queries, comments, or concerns were promptly addressed by directing them to the relevant department Director for immediate follow-up.
We are pleased to report receiving high overall satisfaction ratings from both individuals and family/guardians. Our agency was specifically praised for fostering a family atmosphere, providing diverse services, maintaining consistency, demonstrating compassion, responsiveness, and fostering strong community connections.
Moving forward, BFAIR's Quality Assurance Department is committed to discussing and developing strategies to capitalize on areas of improvement where applicable, ensuring our continued commitment to delivering exceptional care and services to those we support.
